Marcagel was founded in the 1990s from the passion and long - standing experience of its founder Francesco Foscolo, now carried on by his daughter Federica, with the same genuine and professional business spirit. We have always faced the national and international market considering two essential aspects regarding Gelato products. On one hand the continuous necessity for new proposals due to the evolution of flavours and fashion; and on the other hand the need to improve classic products, which have continuously been used in the artisan’s workshop and have permitted the world to appreciate the quality of traditional Italian Gelato. Our privilege is to market our products to the advantage of our clients, suppliers, partners: respecting the food law code of practice, our surrounding environment by seeking to always guarantee the production and distribution of high quality personalized products which express the value we give to our customers.
