MarcaGel processes quality raw materials. We do not have automated processing cycles but a mainly artisanal production. This guarantees superior quality to the products as they are processed in small batches that quickly reach their destinations, keeping intact the freshness that distinguishes them.

Raw materials deserve our complete attention

From sugars to dairy, from natural additives to the selected and stabilising fruits. We select its raw materials only from reliable supply chains capable of guaranteeing constant quality. Mediterranean pine nut, Bronte pistacchio, hazelnuts from Asti and Cuneo, Spanish almonds and almonds from Bari, Malgasy vanilla, Dutch cocoa and lots of delicacies from their places of origin. We delicately work this products, highlighting their characteristics, transforming them into fresh, balanced, ready to use semi - finished products.

2016 rewards the MarcaGel pistachio

The green gold of Bronte, Italian variety of pistachio d.o.p., is the secret of one of our great classics, awarded the most important sector prize: the Italian Ice Cream Makers Academy's award of the Coppa d'Oro competition. Now in its 47th edition, the competition has rewarded the preparation of the best milk-based ice cream with pistachio paste. An accolade we dedicate to all lovers of this precious Italian excellence that helps to consolidate the high level of our artisanal ice cream around the world.
